Backstory:

She was at one time involved with several other dragonriders and holders as is normal with greenriders. She hasn't had a great love or steady partner for more than a few months at a time.

She has no children of her body though she has helped with fostering from time to time as needed. Her duties as a messanger and then as a wingrider have interrupted this duty.

Chloe was involved at one time in slaking the dragonlust thirst of R'enh and Mnoranth. She'd hoped to have his child but that didn't happen.
