Mnoranth stroked upward through the darts and diversions Radanth threw at them. She was nimble one and quite impressed him.
He crooned to her as she flew away but then she dropped back toward Sivarith and once again he was close in for the chase. A brown twisted around and almost had her before she darted away once again.
He crooned again to her of her beauty and her glowing hide. Big and strong he swept after her knowing he could not match her agility yet watching for an opportunity yet knowing his best chance had been lost when he dove for the gold.
He roared his frustration at the sky as she darted away once again in another direction.
Glorious Radanth he bugled after her as he twisted to follow the new direction. Imalhyth was ahead of him and closer to the prize as was the agile blue.
No tricks or acrobatics would gain her now... only her choice.

Her arm was jerked from his grasp and he stood for a moment burning with his need. Most of his reason had fled and he only knew the need that now surged through him. His breathing was ragged.
Then she grabbed the front of his shirt and pulled him into one of the flight rooms. He no longer fought his need and picked her up and fell onto the bed with her. Frantically he fumbled at fastenings, finally stripping himself and her to gain access to what his body and the dragon induced craving demanded.
There under the furs J’lor relieved his flight lust on the woman’s body beneath him without knowing who it was. The primal urge consumed him utterly and finally he fell comatose beside her, his body wrapped with hers.

Radanth led them high up into the skies before turning and flying right at them. Yzarth saw her barely miss capture at the talons of Morisath. The bronze Imalhyth turned to chase her again as she dove, as did the lone blue and the others. Yzarth bade his time for a minute or two, knowing she would eventually tire. He had all inclinations that he would be the one that caught her, as were the other dragons.
A bugle came from overhead, signaling that Mnoranth was still in the chase. While the bronzes could outfly him in regards to the length of time they could stay in flight, their size made sharp turns difficult. Browns were more maneuverable in that respect, being between the sizes of the bronze and the blues.
Yzarth flew after the green, knowing only one thing separated him form any of the other dragons... her choice.

Radanth surveyed her pursuers with a quick glance and then darted away. She was beginning to tire; she needed to make her choice soon. Her pride had been stung with the interference in her flight and the distraction that the golden hide in the sky caused in her suitors. No one likes to be second choice.
The reactions that some of the males had did not escape her notice. Her bruised ego was getting the best of her and now she was inclined to snub those who spurned her in favor of that boorish aureate loon… With a double loop she brushed past the bronze she had had her eye on the past few months. Both she and her rider had enjoyed their flirtations with the pair. Had things not progressed the way they did, her choice would have been clear. But Radanth could not get past her righteous indignation.
Taking another moment to survey the other males, her eyes fixed on a brown. She analyzed his trajectory and made a few adjustments to her own, sending herself directly into Morisath’s path.

Morisath twisted in the air, and bugled a cry of triumph; He turned away, and caught her as she slammed into him, his body rapidly twining with her own in the air.
'She is ours!' Morisath cried triumphantly into K'rill's mind.
He staggered to his feet, and stepped to her, quickly, taking her in his arms, his lips finding her own swiftly, passionately, adrenaline and lust pounding through his veins like fire as he drew her up against him, only half-mindedly beginning to move them both toward the small chamber set aside; His usual pride was nowhere to be seen. He didn't even seem to notice the reactions of the other riders, deprived as they were of their prize.
'Our prize, he thought to himself. 'Our prize,' the voice in his mind agreed.
All else was swept up in a haze of passion.
Tag Roux, then End K'rill!

Mnoranth roared his dissatisfaction with the result of the flight then spiraled lower and flew back toward the Weyr as the lust faded from him almost immediately.
This wasn't as intense as a gold flight even though he'd been intent on the prize. He was unhappy with the distraction the gold had presented and was certain she'd cost him the lovely Radanth.
R'enh on the other hand was still suffering the effects and though he reached towards one of the flight moths his hands dropped to his sides as his iron will forced control. Stiffly he walked toward the entrance and then up to his own weyr.
The need was still there but he could fight it... this was a green rise after all. He marched into the empty weyr once again wishing Maram was there.

As J'lor fell into a deep sleep, Sorelle rolled over and watched him. What had happened was a first for Sorelle. She had never been the recipient of dragon lust when she herself was not affected by it, too. J'lor's intensity had surprised her, though she knew it was out of his control. She wondered if he would even remember who he had unleashed it upon. He had certainly shown the desire for her, yet this was the first time they had actually completely acted on it.
She slipped out of the bed and located her clothing. If he remembered later, fine. If he didn't, she would deal with that, too. What she didn't want to see was his face when he woke and realized who he was with.
With her shoes still in her hand, she padded out of the room and into the Flight Room, only to find herself the recipient of hard stares and shaking heads.
"Thanks a lot, Sivarith," she mumbled as she tried to make herself even smaller.
End Sorelle
