Born the third daughter to prominent holders, Ceinwen grew up in a stable and structured environment. From a young age, she was betrothed to the second son of a well connected trade family. She was given an excellent education and her parents encouraged her to choose a trade so that she could become a productive and valuable member of society and an asset to her future husband.
